Description

Hololabs helped to develop the Epic Universe Preview Center mobile application and AR experience that blends the virtual with the real world. The preview center features a highly detailed physical model of the upcoming Epic Universe Theme Park. Guests can visit the Epic Universe Preview Center and, via their mobile device, can experience fully-integrated immersive AR content that brings the five lands to life.

Guests will see flying dragons and Vikings when viewing Isle of Berk (How to Train Your Dragon). They will uncover terrifying creatures and beasts in Dark Universe. They’ll be immersed with their favorite characters from Super Nintendo World. And more.

As part of the augmented reality experience, Hololabs created detailed virtual displays to capture the atmosphere and excitement of each land that will be featured in the Epic Universe Theme Park. With AR tracking technology, this content is seamlessly integrated into the physical Epic Universe Preview Center model and includes animated and interactive components for guests to discover.
